2025 Re:Build Award Recipients
Every year, Re:Build Manufacturing proudly recognizes team members who have truly gone above and beyond. This special recognition comes with the Above & Beyond Award – an impeccably designed trophy, featuring the Re:Build logo, crafted from carbon fiber and metal. In true Re:Build fashion, these awards are designed and made in-house, at our Re:Build Composite Resources site in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
The Above & Beyond Award is given to individuals who consistently exceed expectations, and demonstrate exceptional dedication and performance in their roles. It honors those who go the extra mile and make a significant impact through outstanding customer service, innovative problem-solving, or exceptional teamwork. The Above and Beyond award celebrates those who not only meet their goals but continuously raise the bar, inspiring others to strive for excellence and making a lasting positive contribution to the organization’s success.
The Above and Beyond Award is particularly well-suited for Tim Duffy who truly goes above and beyond in his role, day in and day out. Tim is being recognized for his exceptional dedication, leadership, and creativity as the Business Development Manager at Re:Build AppliedLogix. Over the past two years, Tim has played a crucial role in driving sales growth, securing new high-quality work, and helping the company achieve 50% capacity growth. His leadership was instrumental in winning and rapidly developing a complex aerospace electronics subsystem for a recent customer project, where he took it upon himself to jump in and act as the role of “Lead Technical Architect” and “Technical Project Lead”, ensuring that the project met aggressive milestones. We could not have won this work without Tim’s expertise and passionate involvement.
Tim’s contributions extend beyond his formal responsibilities, as he has also stepped in to manage complex tasks such as mapping and assigning the engineering team to customer projects. Known for his team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, Tim consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction and company success. His commitment to excellence and willingness to put in extra hours makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
In summary, Tim is an extraordinary team member at Re:Build AppliedLogix, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering results.
