Reindustrialize Pre-Show

Re:Build Manufacturing is heading to Detroit for Reindustrialize, a national summit aimed at rebuilding America’s industrial might. With more than 1,000 industry leaders converging in Detroit on July 16th & 17th, this event isn’t your average conference. It’s a who’s who of manufacturing tech founders, government officials, defense leaders, major manufacturers, and private equity investors coming together to reimagine the future of industry in the U.S. For us at Re:Build Manufacturing, the mission couldn’t be more aligned.

Manufacturability for Design: Accelerating U.S. Innovation from Concept to Scale

Miles Arnone and Dr. Thomas Hays will present how our Manufacturability for Design approach is transforming American manufacturing by rapidly scaling complex programs from concept to production-ready systems. By integrating design, prototyping, and production under one roof, Re:Build Manufacturing’s vertically integrated, U.S.-based model accelerates the development of mission-critical technologies while restoring essential domestic capabilities. The session will reinforce Re:Build’s role in strengthening the domestic industrial base and fostering strategic partnerships that support innovation, resilience, and long-term competitiveness.

Spotlight on Process: Manufacturability for Design

At Re:Build Manufacturing, we practice Manufacturability for Design (MFD), an approach that brings manufacturing considerations into the earliest stages of product development, well before detailed part geometries or production decisions are locked in. Unlike traditional Design for Manufacturing (DFM), which is applied later to refine a nearly finished design, MFD helps accelerate innovation from the start.

While many companies use DFM to drive cost savings, our MFD approach is about moving faster, reducing risk, and enabling smarter product development, benefiting both the customer and the manufacturer.

At our booth at Reindustrialize, you’ll see how this approach comes to life. We’ll be showcasing active programs that embody MFD in action. Visit the Re:Build Manufacturing booth to learn more about Manufacturability for Design, our advanced capabilities, and what’s coming next!
