Oribi, Part of Re:Build Manufacturing

Summary
Oribi Composites joins Re:Build Manufacturing, continuing Commerce City operations with expanded capabilities to support advanced materials and composites.

On behalf of Oribi Composites, we are excited to announce that we are now a part of Re:Build Manufacturing, effective immediately.

Re:Build Manufacturing, headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, is an industrial manufacturing group that is investing in both new technologies and conventional manufacturing businesses, with the goal of rebuilding America’s manufacturing base and creating meaningful, sustainable jobs in segments that have been de-industrialized over time. Re:Build is privately owned, and is focused on a long term, ‘buy and build’ approach over many years. As such, Oribi Composites customers can expect the only changes made to the business will be for the better, and will be made to expand Oribi Composites already well established team and capabilities.

Other businesses with Re:Build Manufacturing today include Composite Resources which produces composite structure for a wide range of markets using various material and process combinations, and The Pilot Group, which specializes in design, engineering and fabrication of specialized machinery, automation systems, control systems and electronics. We are happy to share information on these businesses with you anytime.

Within the Re:Build Composites group, we will continue to invest in, and acquire, businesses that are complimentary to Oribi and Composites Resources, and that will specifically enable us to support a broader range of services to help our customers succeed in the advanced materials sector.

Oribi Composites will continue to operate out of our current facility in Commerce City, CO, and your contacts will remain the same.

We are excited to be a part of the Re:Build team, and we look forward to working closely with you to grow our businesses together over time.

Best regards,

Steven Mead
