Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to participate in the 21st Annual Northeast Lean Conference, hosted by GBMP, October 27th & 28th at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester, New Hampshire. With around 500 Lean practitioners and business professionals expected to attend, this conference offers an intimate setting for exchanging best practices, benchmarking, and diving deeply into continuous improvement strategies.
Re:Build blends deep technical capability with operational excellence. Our Lean approach isn’t just on paper; it underpins how we deliver engineering and manufacturing solutions across composites, metals, automation, assembly, and systems integration. By driving continuous improvement internally, we align with industry peers at the Northeast Lean Conference, exchanging lessons learned, testing new methods, and reinforcing our commitment to value, quality, and flow.
The Re:Build Way – 16 Principles to a Resilient & Innovative Culture
Miles will deliver a keynote address on the second day of the conference. His session will highlight how Re:Build is building a new kind of industrial company that applies Lean thinking at scale to strengthen American manufacturing.
Tuesday, October 28th | 8:15AM – 9:00AM
Leading Lean Transformation from All Levels of Leadership
Bonnie will facilitate the workshop “Leading in a Lean Transformation.” Joined by frontline leaders from multiple Re:Build locations, she will guide a discussion on how Lean transformations impact leadership at every level and how cultural change shapes performance.
Tuesday, October 28th | 9:45AM – 10:30AM
Stop by our booth in the Lean Lounge to see how Re:Build puts lean principles into practice across complex, high-tech industries. Re:Build DAPR will showcase a technical poster highlighting the application of Lean’s 3P (Production Preparation Process) to the design of a new assembly line for high-voltage EV battery packs.
The project demonstrates how simulations, mockups, and rapid experimentation can be used to balance takt time requirements with operator ergonomics, reduce heavy lifting through custom automation, and eliminate waste from the process. The result is a safer, faster, and more resilient production system that shows lean thinking powering advanced manufacturing.
We look forward to connecting with you in Manchester, sharing our journey, and learning from the broader lean community.
