Design Capabilities

Our design capabilities are focused on the entire product development lifecycle. We combine a human-centered approach with a deep understanding of how to transform ideas into real-world products designed for manufacturability.

Design Engineering: Our team ensures that your original design intent is preserved throughout the technical execution. We build production-ready 3D CAD models, aligning aesthetics with engineering requirements to ensure a seamless transition to manufacturing.
UX Design: We design both the digital and physical aspects of a product to create a meaningful user experience, mapping the user journey to pinpoint pain points and optimize every interaction.
Human Factors: We apply human factors and ergonomic principles to design products that are intuitive, safe, and enhance user performance. This is especially critical for medical devices and other regulated products.
Branding & Graphic Design: We help define a compelling visual and verbal brand language that differentiates your products and builds strong brand recognition.
Visualization and Storytelling: We bring your brand story and product story to life through compelling visual assets, such as photography, videography, animation, illustration, and digital rendering.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing capabilities are built to provide a flexible and scalable solution for bringing complex products to life. We specialize in high-quality production, particularly for regulated industries, with an integrated approach that connects design to final delivery.

Product Integration: We prepare a product for manufacturing by ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase. We apply an integrated “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) approach to eliminate costly rework and ensure a seamless production process.
Assembly: Our team specializes in assembling high-value products with a focus on precision and quality. We have experience with everything from consumer goods to complex electro-mechanical devices for regulated environments.
Quality: Quality is central to every stage of our manufacturing process. We maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), which is compliant with ISO 13485 standards for medical devices, to provide thorough documentation and a clear history for controlled issue resolution.
Supply Chain: We manage a wide range of sourcing and procurement needs through our network of trusted suppliers. This includes materials for injection molding, machining, casting, and other processes, ensuring a stable and reliable supply chain for long-term production.

Work Examples

For almost 40 years, we have been at the forefront of medical devices. Through thousands of hours spent in hospitals, observing workflows, shadowing clinicians, and conducting contextual research, we’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges in these environments. Although we have deep roots in medical devices and healthcare, our extensive experience allows us to partner with clients across a wide range of industries. from consumer products to industrial equipment and more. In the consumer space, for instance, we’ve collaborated with brands like Whirlpool, BISSELL, and Fenwick Fishing, showcasing our ability to blend design, engineering, and manufacturing to bring commercially successful products to market.
