The Re:Build Origin Story

The seeds of profound change are often planted decades before they bear fruit. In the mid-80s, Miles Arnone and Jeff Wilke were very young men who didn’t know each other but were both troubled by the effects of offshoring and sensed the beginning of the decline of American manufacturing. Fate brought them together at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991, their friendship was forged, and in 2020 their mutual desire to rekindle industrial America led them to cofound Re:Build Manufacturing. Miles tells that origin story in the new Re:Build blog.
